Modified ROM 94170008

I am using a modded ROM Definition file version 94170008, since using this my boost has dropped to 10psi, no matter what I do with my mbc. This is a cut and paste of my ROM. Can anyone tell me if there is something wrong with this? The only thing I added was the perephery values.

Thanks in advance. Yes I posted something similar in Active Matrix, but I am monitoring both threads. My evo just isn't any fun at 10psi....

If you're running a MBC, your boost problems have nothing to do with your ECU. Did you change anything physical in the engine bay before the problem started?

I noticed a zip tie had broken near the mbc. I replaced that. I also saw a small tear in the boot that the boost gauge hooks up to and replaced that. I didn't think the flash could have done it, cuz I went back to my stock flash and still have the same exact problem. I just cant find any holes, etc that would cause this. Would a vacuum leak do this? I have tried with the mbc all the way tight, and all the way loose and every variation in between, I always only get 10lbs... I am going to replace all of the vacuum lines i guess. I just didn't want to have to do it. I only changed boost settings in the ECU to avoid fuel cut. I still have no cell values higher than 270 though.

Could my turbo or wastegate be going bad?

Thanks for any help again.

As embarrassing as this is, it was my mbc. I also had an issue with the t connector going to it, it had a crack, I replaced that, took apart my mbc and cleaned it, tightened it all the way down and backed it out 3 full turns, this was approximately 15psi, I then adjusted to spike at 24lbs and hold 20 throughout the rpm range. Now I need to lean it out a bit cuz I am getting no knocks or less than 1 count throughout the rpm range and am losing power around 5200 - 7000, I noticed my afr is extremely conservative in that range, so I am logging some more and making adjustments. PM me if you need any help. Please keep in mind that I am a newb at this but would love to see some logs of other cars so I can get better.
