0011 to 0006 Conversion Problem

I have an 05 that I have tried converting over from 0011 to the 0006 and am having issues. I am now working with a very reputable tuner from this site, he started over fresh and it is doing the same thing. With the same settings, the 0011 map will idle and cruise 14-15, as soon as i put these settings into the 0006 rom, it idles and cruises at mid 13's. The tuner said he has never seen this before and has done MANY tephra mod switches. Any Ideas???

Update*****

This is not actually true. The 0011 starts the idle at 14-15 but once the stft kicks in it drops it back down to mid 13's. The 0006 Never shows 14-15 it always stays low. Any advice?

Question... did you take the negative battery terminal off in between changes in ROMS to reset the fuel trims? Just a flash on the VIII won't reset the fuel trims like the IX. This may help the 006 ROM recalculate the IDLE stepper tables along with the fuel trims... Also are you adjusting the BISS after the switch to the 006 ROM?

Yes and Yes. I am actually seeing about 14.3 average cruise and idle afr. I guess the tuner is also concerned about my scaling of 1170 for the 1050's. It does show my trims as +/- 2% but he is not comfortable. Feels something is wrong.

What is the STFT and LTFT (low) after 10-15 minutes of idle? And what is your STFT and LTFT (mid) & (low) after 20 minutes of cruise? And have you rescaled your MAF?

All numbers are good Trims are within +/- 2% with the 1170. I have not scaled the MAF.

What are your injectors scaled to? Also you may want to convert your airflow to read in HZ and see what it is idling at (hz wise) this would be helpful to see if you need to scale your maf or not due to the intake tube...

My 1050's are scaled to 1170 to get the trims in line. My airflow shows 38 at idle.

Are the 1050's regular or Bluemax?

I am idling around 1100 and they are supposed to be regular 1050's. The tuner is starting to think there is some mix up. The flow sheet I have shows 3 at 1072 and 1 at 1080 at 3 bar.
