Going back to stock ecu

Ok so I have been running aem for a while and now im deciding to go back to the stock ecu. I deleted my egr and I really dont want to put it all back on. Im going to be getting a ecu that has never been flashed so I will need to flash it with a patch for no egr, can I do this or does the sensors need to be plugged in? Also can I run without my 2nd o2 sensor plugged in? I know I need the front one

the Search feature is your friend. Short answer yes you can disable the egr and o2 sensor using ecuflash.
