High idle and I'm totally stumped

I'm pretty stumped here, so I thought I'd ask you guys for your expertise. My car idled fine, I switched out the stock injectors for FIC 1450's and had it tuned, and now I can't get it to idle any less than 1500 rpm. The biss screw is all the way bottomed out and it is still idling at 1500 rpm. My tuner suspects that my ported throttle body has an undersized butterfly, but my problem with that theory is that the car has idled fine after it was installed. I thought there must be a boost leak somewhere in the intake manifold, but I pressurized it to 40 psi today and didn't find any leaks. My next step would be to load the stock tune and put the stock injectors back in to see if the tune is the problem.

Anyways, I was wondering if you guys could take a look at my .rom file and see if you see anything obvious befor I do that? Thanks.

I tried attaching the .rom, but it says invalid file, so I guess I'll have to email it.

Thanks for having a look guys. I get all the mechanical stuff, but I just don't really have a clue on the computer stuff.

I'm at work so I cant try it out just yet. I'll post in the morning after I have a chance to look at it. A couple guys on here had a look and gave some pointers, so hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow.

I have a related question, can the front o2 affect idle and if it isn't working will the car idle high? I don't know whether its broken or not, but I know it is really close to the AC compressor because of my turbo, so it is a possibility that is isn't working.

if the sensor isnt working at all low trim will usually go to 25% , o2 sensor voltage should be up and down constanly between 0.1v and 0.9 v . if o2 sensor is lazy it might only work at cruise at idle it will be slow to react .

Well I made the changes, and the idle is exactly the same. Something is definitely not right, but I'm not sure what. Before I have you guys go on a wild goose chase I am going to swap out the injectors for the stock ones and put the stock tune back in to see if it is still idling high. If it isn't I know it's something in the computer, otherwise its something mechanical. Thanks for your help guys, I'll keep you posted.

BTW, I logged "Oxygen Sensor" and it is all over the place just like you said, so I don't think there is a problem there.
