warm up afr

has there been a way to control warm up idle? besides open loop .

maybe there is no way around a rich warm up? will the car even keep running if the afr is leaned down? (leaned up)?

Generally you WANT a richer mixture when the temps are cold (or the engine is cold). Usually you can adjust the MAF scaling or open loop areas in the fuel maps to lean it out if you need to. How rich are you running??

I assume you mean at idle, what is your LTFT Low? Stock injectors? Stock intake pipe?

oh yeah I'm only thinking in terms of warm up idle. once warm, all is fine.
fuel trims are good, but as I say, the ecu is adding fuel during warm up and i'd like to play with that. bosch1000 and the accordion.
