Can someone help me????
I have problems with cruising knocks. Sometimes up to 30 knocks. Start knocking from a low rpm 2000-2500 rpm and keep on knocking until i let go the gas pedal. My tuner dont understand y. I did everything, put my grimmspeed boost controller on a foam wrap so the knock sensor wont feel it. Also have check in the engine for any vibrating.

Is there anyone have this problems???

 

It spikes to 30 or there are a bunch of 1,2 and 3's which adds up to 30?

If it is a bunch of small numbers adding up then I would say it is probably real knock. If it just spikes to 30 then you need to check the knock sensor to make sure it is not unscrewing itself or that the downpipe is not rattling against the underbody such as the sway bar and cross member bars.

Ok, well I attempted to do some research on my problem. Possibly I just missed it? Anyway, I recently switched over 96530706 from 96940011, 05 usdm and ever since I switched my car has been throwing the p0505 of doom. I read while searching around that it is one of the tables for my ISCV, but I have no idea which one needs to be corrected. As I said, I could have possibly missed the answer, but if anyone has this knowledge off hand please help lol

It 25-30 just between 2200-3500 rpm. Not 1+3+2 knocks. It knocks to 30 knocks at that low rpm until i let go of the gas. This is call cruising knocks for some forum member. I did check to see if the sensor is lose but its not and the downpipe isnt touching the frame either.
I have read about this problems for awhile but no luck yet.
Please help anyone!!!!!

This seems to be a common issue more so with base lancers that turbo their car, one way to determine if its phantom knock (which really seems likely) is to run some higher octane gas (110, or mix some av gas in) if you still get the same counts its very likely its false knock. If you dont see any wierd timing fluctuations right before the knock occurs and assuming your fuel is fine then you can tune this out with adjusting the knock sensor multipliers if your tuner is comfortable with that

 

I've got a problem switching to sd I'm hoping someone can help with. I had v7 before running fine, I installed a omni 4 bar, and a gm iat and moved all my maps over to the sd rom and my car will start for a very short amount of time, then it dies. It does not run long enough for my wide band to pick up so I'm not sure if its lean or rich. And if I give the car any gas it dies right away like I turned the key off, and wont even try to start if I have my foot on the gas at all. can some one help me get it running?

I have a question guys....

I am using the 90550001 v7 map (stilll on MAF) the car is doing 478awhp and 473awhp @28 psi on 93 octane. The car is hitting 402 load.

My question is

Is there any way to re-scale my load to 450 or more? Currently at 97% on ID1000cc injectors. Planning on upgrading to 2200 ID. The plan is to switch to c16 and up the boost to 35-40 psi.

I know I will maybe max out the airflow. There is no SD maps for version that I am using.

The stock ECU work perfectly and want to continue using it. If someone can create one for me I am willing to pay for their services
