Speed Density IPW Drop Out on 96530006 Patch
I would say to swap over to 96531706 and then add the extra xml coding in for the problem. I was a skeptic at first too, but now what's not too love? Big maps, extra features above and beyond what 9417 has, and the most amount of definitions available for the rom.

Below are the three fixes for 94170015. Only try one at a time. Fix #1 is the sum of Fix #2 and Fix #3.
Code:
<table name="SD Stutter Fix Option #1 (Set Over/Under Flag for MAF Signal Averaging Val)" category="Speed Density Programming" address="162c" type="2D" level="2" scaling="uint16">
<table type="Static Y Axis" elements="1">
<data>Stock = 205 For Fix Option #1, Set = 255</data>
</table>
</table>
<table name="SD Stutter Fix Option #2 (Set Scaling Factor for Transition Load)" category="Speed Density Programming" address="1630" type="2D" level="2" scaling="uint16">
<table type="Static Y Axis" elements="1">
<data>Stock = 112 For Fix Option #2, Set = 0</data>
</table>
</table>
<table name="SD Stutter Fix Option #3 (BT -> NOP for DeltaMasterLoadPos/Neg Threshold)" category="Speed Density Programming" address="26778" type="2D" level="2" scaling="Hex16">
<table type="Static Y Axis" elements="1">
<data>Stock = 0x8909 For Fix Option #3, Set = 0x0009</data>
</table>
</table>
2 seems to work best on the IX I tried it on (Johnny's 2.4) but I am going to play around more with it as it still has a little hiccup. I will implement the 9417 stuff tomorrow on TJ's 61mm car.

</table>
</table>
<table name="SD Stutter Fix Option #2 (Set Scaling Factor for Transition Load)" category="Speed Density Programming" address="1230" type="2D" level="2" scaling="uint16">

</table>
</table>
<table name="SD Stutter Fix Option #3 (BT -> NOP for DeltaMasterLoadPos/Neg Threshold)" category="Speed Density Programming" address=" 27a0a" type="2D" level="2" scaling="Hex16">
<table type="Static Y Axis" elements="1">
<data>Stock = 0x8909 For Fix Option #3, Set = 0x0009</data>
</table>
</table>
thanks mrfred and johnbradley for all the input thus far.
i'm on the 9653 with the added xml and still get a stutter no matter what "fix". wondering what could be the cause. i'll be doing some logging in the next few weeks if i can contribute let me know i can help work together to figure this thing out.
