windows 7

is ecu flash and evoscan compat. with windows 7? might need to wipe xp so need to know pretty quick. Thanks.

This is not necessarily a direct answer, but depending what version you buy it could be more compatible than vista. Windows 7 can run virtual executables on any machine with virtualization, so it would be like running straight from XP.

So far everything I had on my xp machine I have been able to use on my new 7 machine. I have not tried any of the tuning programs as I have a netbook with xp on it. The virtualization he speaks of I believe is on 7 pro not home of any sort.

I just bought a netbook with windows 7 starter on it so i could try my hand at the tuning world, only problem is im a complete noob and dont know what to use lol.

I have Windows 7 and EcuFlash and no problems with it at all, also works fine with mitsulogger, and evoscan

I run ecuflash and Mitsubishi ASA, as well as the MUTIII software on my windows 7 x64 laptop. A few bugs, but everything seems to be working a-ok!

Win 7 ultimate x64 here, ecuflash v1.42.2595 and evoscan v2.7 beta5 with aem WB are all working for me.

I am using Windows 7 professional 64 on my home PC for analyzing logs and I can not get write access to the Evoscan folders.

You deselect the read-only limit on any of the folders and as soon as you close the pop-up window, it defaults back to read only.

Makes it a PITA to update for other MUT channels.
