Going back to 94170015
I only have one problem so far with this rom. I started throwing a P0401, once last week, and now earlier today. I don't think my previous rom had the EGR disabled, but I will disable it in this one.

Make sure these isnt any vacuum hoses disconnected on the back on the manifold. Check EGR valve to make sure the vac hose is connected.

I thought I did not have a leak there tested and sure enough. Make sure to check all of the lines going to it before disableing it.

Hey Guys-
I have 2 questions so far with this ROM:
1) Where is Boost Cut? (AKA Boost Limit)? I can't find the setting anywhere...
2) Does this ROM have all the mods that 96530706 has? I think not, but I am just checking.
For example, these mods:
* Set Immob. HEX to 0x0040 (check to make sure your old ROM was the same)
* mrfred psi based boost implemented as default (just edit Tephra's gear dependant map)
* OBD II Inspection ready for EVAP and EGR
* Disabled EGR, EVAP, and Idle Tests
* Disabled P0300 code
* Disabled lean spool
* mrfred double fuel cut load limit implmeneted and set to 300 load (change to whatever you need this to be, read more)
Or do I have to manually add these in?
Thank you!

UPDATE 18 Feb 10
Thanks again Acamus for your help in finding more definitions. I uploaded the latest and greatest XML to the wiki.
http://evoecu.logic.net/wiki/File:94170715-v7.zip
You will need the previous version to get the rom and the new xml link above to be current with 94170715.
OP updated with current info.

Cold start with e85 is pretty easy to fix.....
1) Base low engine temp trim (this table is the timing pulled as the engine warms up) Lowering the values will help.
2) Warmup advance/retard activation (this table affects how much of the ^ table is used). Lower the values reduces how much of the ^ table is used.
3) Desired idle tables. Raise the values slightly to allow the engine to idle slightly faster
4) Desired ISCV tables. Raise the last 2 values by a couple points (warmes temps) to help avoid stalling
5) Adjust the BISS slightly to hold best idle
6) Make sure your injector scalings are spot on (Within +/- 5%)
This should get you going pretty well.

I am still getting the 2k cold rev with this rom. When the car is cold the rpms will shoot to 2k and then very slowly drop to the idle speed specified in the neutral idle table. If the car is revved the idle shoots back to 2k. I have tried egr on, egr off, and different periphery settings. The only thing I can think of (not sure if this would cause it) is the throttle shaft seals. I know they are leaking, can this cause it?
