I don't know if they are more simple.

Just different.

Any luck on finding the correct address for the ignition retard table? This is the full size timing table that has the hole of -5s in 9653.

I have found the same on the 9417, but that was before we had the SD IPW dropout fix. Something about the starting subroutines and settings has always seemed better about the 03-04 than the 05 whether its SD or MAF. I havent played with the V7 stuff much yet.

If that is the case....John you are going to LOVE 94170715. I has everything that v7 has and (so far) none of the "issues" to get it going.

Reading owns me.... is the new 9417 rom going to have SD or not? I seem to be reading conflicting messages.

I would be willing to test this out when an SD variant is developed. I'm currently running V7 SD without issue, but I always liked the way the car ran on 94170015.

SD should be there no matter what unless the V7 has overwritten some of it.

I was under the impression that the 94170015 was too big vs 9653 and would not have room for bigmaps, etc.? What was removed from the stock rom to accomodate the new code? Not a problem just curious.

No its 96940011 (USDM 05 ROM) that has no space for BIGMAPS and other mods.

As far as I know, there is no stock code removed, to accommodate the new code.

You are right. I just compared the original and the V7 94170015 and there is room in there. Looks like there are 257 total changes to the stock rom.

The big maps kick butt! My car feels great! I had a little issue with logging 2byte load with evoscan but It will be an easy fix. Thank you again for doing this!

Well I though it would be easier but I can't seem to find anything out of place. When logging 2 byte load it sky rockets. I logged a load of 5000. My 1byte load was going up then cut out until just before I let off then came backup.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any Ideas?

Yeah, BIGMAPS are wonderful. The extra resolution leads to great smoothness.

I kinda was the driving force behind the 9417 V7, So your welcome.

But make sure you donate to Tephra, as he is the MAN

BTW, for those that dont know, this is Evo_kid.
