Im not trying to stir the pot or anything. Your way off.

Just saying JoT should get some credit in the first post of this thread. Thats it. You can read into it how ever you want and think Im "stirring the pot", even though thats not the case.

Is it just me or what... every log that I load shoots the HP/TQ up at the end of the run, it is annoying... nothating, but is there a fix?

It has to do with the averages at the end of the run gettin screwy.

Thats why JoT's VDR has a "max RPM trim" to get rid of those.

The program looks cool, but if it does this with every run, it is unusable until an update is available...

Brad is going to fix that but for now you can try deleting the last row in the log file where you were WOT and try again. You may have to experiment and shave off 3-5 or more to get it smooth there.

make sure you're deleting the entire row by highlighting the numbers to the left

Im working on figuring out where to post the dyno stats for each run shown (so noone can cheat and throw a bunch of weight in their car or crank up the correction factor without anyone knowing it). Im thinking at the top right corner if I can figure out how to do that. Or it may be next to HP/TQ in the title. Im working on this guys and I also am working on letting users specify what columns to look in for certain field so that it will work with AP or whatever other logs are out there.

Im also thinking of a proper way to do trimming on each individual run.

Just figured I would update you all.

Thanks,

Brad

How do I determine what model IX I have, its not an rs or an mr I know that. I want to make sure I'm putting the correct weight into either program. The door jam and manual put the curb weight at 4222 lbs, wtf?!

if its not a RS or ME its a regular "IX" (aka "GSR") or the "IX SE (special edition)"

They both weight 3263.

What is the diff. between that and the curb weight? Got a sunroof and the crap infinity system with a worthless sub that I would think add a little weight. What am I missing?
