i would assume you would need to calibrate the tps sensor to mitsubishi spec and not the ecu to do this.

yeah I believe you have to clock the physical tps itself on the tb correct?

I cant the next morning after I talked to you I went out to the car and found I had left my laptop on the car drenched by a rain storm so I went and purchased a new lap top and installed my old version of Evo Scan 2.5 and it is giving me a error message. I have had a trouble ticket with Hamish since yesterday morning but have not heard back from him This simple intake and TB swap has been a nightmare

I looked up the word "simple" in the Mitsu dictionary.......no results found.

I ended up downloading v2.7 and just repurchased a new serial # when my laptop died and I got a new one since Hamish has done so much for us and charges so little for his product. Definitely didn't mind throwing him another $25 since I originally purchased v.99

PM sent with new settings for the Q45 TB

Out of curiosity, how are you planning on stabilizing your idle with the TB? Are you going to try and use the Q45 IAC or are you going to eliminate it all together? Does it have some sort of BISS screw adjustment? Bored TB's have a tendency to idle high since the machining is less than flawless and the butterfly doesn't seal the inlet well enough so air passes by and causes idle to be higher than stock.

If you take the TB off and put it up to a bright light and you can see light around the butterfly.....not good.

If you don't have any way to adjust the idle, you are kinda screwed since I think you said it idled at like 2000+rpm??

The throttle body also has a the fast idle system which is controlled by coolant temperature. Basically, when the engine is cold, the throttle body will open alittle bit to allow for higher idle, once the engine is at operating temperature, then the fast idle doesn't interfere anymore. If you don't hook up the coolant lines (most people don't hook it up) then you have to remove the spring and bracket from the fast idle system so it doesn't interfere with your idle.
found this online for ya.

If your idle is very high, you'll have to disable the CEL's for the IAC or throw in some random RPM values that closely match your idle with the new TB so it 'thinks' the IAC is keeping idle within range.
