Check engine light after tial q install??
I had a tial original 50 mm bov with the 11 psi spring that I borrowed from a friend of mine well my tial q came In today install went fine but after driving it for 2 miles the check engine light came on does anyone know why this happened??After the install the surge went away and the car idle better too also the valve stays closed at idle so I know I have the right spring.I reset the battery and the check engine light went away but didn't drive it after do you guys think it will return??thanks. p0121 code.
I did a quick search for you, typing in p0121 and these was the results. It seems others have had similar issues when installing tial BOVs. I'm sure your answer lies in here, in fact I know it does, but I'll leave you to find it. The whole teach a man to fish thing.

thanks does this make sense about having the vacuum line hooked up to the metal vac steam causing the light to trigger??https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-tial-bov.html
Mine is hooked up similar like this not straight to the manifold and I' am using A 1/4 vacuum hose..But when I put the one step up stiffer spring the light went away if it was the line wouldn't the light come or stay on again?
