EvoScan Injector Actuators

What exactly are these for?
I've searched everywhere and I just want to know how to use the injector Actuators in Evoscan. And what their purpose is.

I'm hoping to be able to check each injector to make sure they're all working correctly.

Thanks.

They are for exactly what you think they are for in post #1.

Okay, sweet. That's kinda what I thought but.....

So, with the car running, do I just select Injector #1? then what happens?

I know this sounds stupid but is there a sequence I need to follow?

I'm not new to the modding, tuning thing just new to ****ing with this car and this program (EvoScan)

Thanks

I never had to do it but to check injectors:
1-Take your injectors ramp out
2-Turn on your key
3-Click on the button corresponding to the injector you want to test.
4-Have a graduated recipe to collect the gas and measure the sprayed volume during certain time to verify calibration...
(ex: 256 CC during 30 seconds for 512CC/min injectors // -> Note that ECU injectors' size is about 80-90% of the real value)
It could be wise to verify at least that all injectors have the same flow...

It's actually for performing what they call a cylinder balance test(engine running)....it shuts off the injector for that particular cylinder...it helps a great deal if you're experiencing a rough running engine and don't readily know which cylinder is giving problems...so, when you run the test on that particular injector/ cylinder, and the engine keeps running more or less the same, you know where to start looking..no particular sequence required..........that's the short of it....

Yeah this is what I did. I think one or more of my injectors 780cc PTE isn't working as well as it should. But when I use the injector actuators, engine ran worse with every one. So I know I don't have a dead injector but I don't know if this would help determine if an injector was kind of half working.
