E85 tune Help!
I have tuned my car on E85
cosworth 272/272
HKS intake
full 3" ETS ( garret core) with piping
full 3" turbo back
custom exhaust mani
Denso 1 step colder plugs
koyo radiator
Exedy twin clutch
stock Bov, wastegate actuator
boost 28 psi drop to 22 psi
AFR is about 11.7 -12
Here is the result I made 386hp356tq
I wondering if I can gain more HP and Tq ?
at peak tq timing 4920 RPM at 260load 2* of timing
and peak HP about 6500 RPM and 230 load 19* of timing
I hope to get like 410hp375tq on Virtual Dyno if possible
Any suggestion would be appreciated I'm new for tuning So need some help from who know well about tuning Thank you

Crush your bov, add a spring to the wastage arm or get a better wastegate. Your tq will raise if you add a little boost and your top end will be in the 400s with the higher boost out the top, around 410 to 420 with about 25,26 psi out the top. Make sure you tweak the timing to keep your afr in check. Do that and throw up a graph like above, but log from 2500 up to 7000. Pm me if you need some more help dialing this in. Good luck

Try putting in your actual weight. Im sure your over 400whp...
As people have mentioned though. Either preload the wastegate or get a stiffer spring. Crushing the BOV might help a little bit as well. I definitely would try to preload the stock wastegate more though.
good luck and looks like you have a pretty good setup.
