Hey guys, I'm in the process of putting my car back on OEM ECU from AEM and I have a couple questions.

E85
FIC 2150
2.2L
AEM 3.5BAR MAP
GM IAT.
9412715 ROM

Since I already have the AEM 3.5bar and GM IAT

1. I changed the MAT to 03 (using maf iat input)

2. Scaled the injector latency as suggested by 'JohnBradley'

3. Since I am on E85 I started scaling at 1440

What is needed to dial in my AEM 3.5bar Map sensor?

Do I need to edit my xml, or can I just use the drop down menu and select the appropriate sensor?

This is the first I have tried anything but a OMNI4Bar on OEM ECU SD

Gurus, please chime in, thanks!!!

Anyone ever find a fix for the lean warm up on the 9417 rom? It seems to be still having that issue

I'm on 2D SD 1.0 for that exact reason. MAF Comp vs coolant temp didn't seem to have any effect on fueling

I would honestly see if there's a way to fix that. Some people are saying they don't have that issue, some say they do. Or has this project been given up on? I know mrfred is working on creating a true SD script.

This should be an easy fix no?

Is there a patch to resolve this issue?

It took me a little while to get the proper scaling and definitions into my XML, But now I can get my stock ECU car (and many others now), with 2150cc injectors and E85 to start first click, even at 20*F and idle perfectly. So, it can be done. (9417)

Does 2byte airflow work on this ROM? I'm guessing there is just a periphery bit or something I need to set but it isn't logging correctly for me.

Seems like the website for Donner's roms is not working. Can anyone post the 8859 Live DMA enabled version of this rom?

Thank you. It didn't occur to me that I can flash 8858 on a USDM 9. Any particular settings that I need to make sure to change coming from an 8859?

EDIT: I looked at your 8858 thread and I didn't find any bin files, just the XMLs.

Hrm this weekend I'll post it up here. Minor tweaks but ix roms are universal. Donner covers that in my als thread. I flashed and car wouldn't start then he tells me why. 8858 is smoother IMHO

Just dropping this here so it's back in the stream. I'll post the roms this weekend

Hey guys. Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere: I'm having a tough time believing my intercooler is so efficient that in 95F weather the max IAT I will ever see is 102F. Even in 75F weather I'm still seeing a max of 102F, so the reading has to be incorrect. I'm using the 0x03 setting on the "SD Convert IAT to MAT" table with a GM IAT and a 4 bar Omni MAP sensor.

I'm thinking I may have to change the voltage scaling for the GM IAT or there may need to be some IAT tuning that I need to be doing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

8858 SD 2.0 (rev 2)

and its associated rOms and XML's are attatched.

forwarning. this is DONNER's project, he made a revision to the 2.0 SD code to contain a smaller VE table due to overlapping memory areas with his addition of DMA/livemapping. I dont know if anyone else other than me has tested it.

have at it.
