Built motor in car LEAN now !
so i had the exact same setup but just switched the shortblock.
I know the a built shortblock will need a retune.
My car on stock shortblock was 11.1 A/F
I turned down the boost first pull 15PSI felt real smooth. but it was reading 15-16 A/F so i made the map alot richer to the point to got to maxxing out the fuel map 7.4 and it was still reading 14.2-14.7 at WOT
i dont understand why it is running so lean. when i logged the pull it was not knocking at all tho. dont really care if it was or wasnt.. 15 a/f is not ok
IF I GIVE it 1/4-3/4 throttle in BOOST It will read a good A/F Number 11.2-11.5 BUT THE SECOND I FLOOR IT...it shoots right up to 14 A/f
and another weird part i have an FP black 25PSI wastegate on it... my MBC controller now will not let me go past 24PSI now matter how many twists i do
Injectors are scaled.
IDC is not maxxed out
Cleaned the MAF
Had a boost leak test done No leaks!
FPR hose is ON
All line look good, no kinks , or ripped ect
Everything looks pluged in
UPDATE / Problem Fixed! : It was a bad 225 Fuel Pump replaced it and it is perfect now

Since this appears to be a MAF car a few things come to mind immediately.
1) Big leak between turbo and MAF
2) MAF sensor is screwed up (screen mangled and whatnot)
3) FPR hose is detached
Secondly why in the hell are you trying to turn up the boost while running lean? The last thing you want to do is make this problem worse by blowing up the motor.

how do if fix the MAF sensor?
ill check the FPR
Well it wont run right without the screen without any tune but it will run a lot better if it collasped

Have someone look at the car thats familiar with them. Why take your chance of doing it yourself with your new built motor. On a side note Fuel pressure regulator is probably not working correctly like every one else mentioned. Could be other things also... without knowing exactly whats on the car and what was changed between then and now its hard to pinpoint.
