Can't open datalogs with excel

Hello, today i used evoscan 2.6 for logging, and i can't open the logs with excel 2007;
There's two samples in the evoscan datalogs that can be opened by excel but not the files that i've logged...
Any help?

Are the files you've logged yourself in the same folder that the sample are in?

The file location has been moved and/or the file name has been modified...
But now i can't see the files at all, they've gone...
I only logged for 3 min at idle but didn't "save" anything'
Did i make something wrong?
