I have a jdm evo 8 And i cant read the ignition and fuel tables they are messed up! they look all differnet from other files I have read before!

I tried to use the ecu unlocker BUT THERE IS NO GOOD HELP on it ...
I have been looking days to see what the heck is going on!!! Please any help would be really happy!

97470001 is the rom !!! anyone have any clue what to do???

 

send the rom to tscompusa@gmail.com ill let you know if its locked or not if locked ill unlock and send it back. locking roms = fail.

I thing u have missed correct XML, look at my thread, there is link for proper xml ...

You need to have the correct xml for your ROM file. If you already have the 97470001 xml and it works OK for other ROMs, your ROM may have had the ROM ID changed. Has the car been tuned before?

 

yes it has been tuned from ecuteck! can anyone please send me stock rom for this evo 8 Mr JDM !!!!

 

I attached the XML file that you should have in EcuFlash. Put it in "C:/Program Files/OpenECU/rommetadata/mitsubishi/evo" folder and let me know if that fixes it.

 

never got thru with thisw promblem!! Anyone out there to save me on this promblem !! I really need to get a stock rom for this car!!

Ill send it back with all settings swapped over onto a JDM 8 rom for you
