I have a scan tool just doesn’t read an Air bag light, and I need to go for my inspection / emission test. I currently have my rear 02 disabled, and readiness monitors set for emissions but will need to find out the srs light before it will pass. Or a way to disable it for the day?? Either way I would like to find the problem and fix it so any help would be appreciated. I have Evoscan, EcuFlash and the Tactrix cable.

 

I do believe you have to go to a dealership(think its about $80). Or if you know someone that works at a collision center they should have the tool.

 

i am a tech at Toyota so thats how i have a good scan tool but its one that takes the card so i would need a Mitsubushi card to check it with mine. was hoping there was a way through evoscan or something with all the crazy things people are doing with these ECU's I figured someone would have ran into a SRS light and figured out a way to check it.

 

No one has figured this out???
