Can't edit XML for 94170015

I'm trying to add the boost cut multiplier table into my XML, but it wont let me, It says its in there if I open it in Notepad, but when I open a my rom in EcuFlash, there's no table anywhere.

Also, if I double click the 94170015 xml (rather than right click>open with notepad) it wont show the xml string I tried to enter. But, if I open it with notepad, its in there

I'm using windows 7. I have to either run notepad under administrator and then go open the xml, or I have to move it out of the Evo category in the XML list, edit it, then move it back in.

I'm lost as to why it wont show up in my Rom, this isnt the first time i've added XML's but its the first time it hasnt worked!

You have to turn off the UAC (windows User Account Control) in order to make changes like that.

For some reason changing the UAC didnt save the first time, I went back and changed it now, and now it worked, thanks!
