2008 EvoX NO XML DEF OUT THERE?!?

Trying to read this car. Its a 2008 evo x 5 speed. No matter what it tells me UNKNOWN ROM IMAGE after I try to read it each time and gives me no access to any tables. I opened it up with XVI32 and it shows the internal ID hex and address as 52680027, So I changed a XML with notepad from 52680022 to my required id. I saved it into my rommetadata and I still get the same issue. Everywhere i look for this xml I cant find anything higher than a 52680024. I attached the file im working with. any help would be appreciated.

Or just swap to a 0015 rom and call it a day?

Im just learning all the ins and outs of ecuflash. Im used to hptuners and cobb. Can I just flash in a different rom id that I already have a xml for and matches year/trim/motor then rescan it to make it work? I know if you flashed in a different operating system on hptuners from another vehicle sometimes it would require a dealer flash and lock up the ecu from tuning. Thank you for the info!

Edit: I put that xml in my rommetadata file and I still get Unknown rom image when I try to view the rom

In this case yes. The 5268 family is all the same for operation of the engine.

So what is the difference in changes from 0015 to 0024 ? Is one more ideal then the other?
