Not yet!

I can do a quick "RAX Fast Logging" patch for it, as I automated that particular bit of code patch generation. The other patches, however, need to be nutted out manually...

Hi folks.

I've just added 56870008, 59570004, 59580004, 59590004 to RAX Patch.

Special thanks to crimson red for 56870008 - he ported RAX Patch to that JDM ROM. Awesome work!

Quick question, if someone wanted to patch this to a rom that is listed, but checked the hex and found that all the data was the same as in you rom just with different addresses, would it be safe to change those addresses and use it on the new rom?

I wouldn't do that, no! Not without disassembling and checking things like relative jumps.

Richard, how do we adjust the MAP formula in RAX fast logging for a Omni 4 bar MAP sensor?

MAP imperial: [RAX_D_Dat]BITS(32,9)*0.11715
MAP metric is: [RAX_D_Dat]BITS(32,9)*0.8077214

I don't think 0009 was around at the time I developed it, so it's not listed as compatible.

Also, Golden's definitions have these two ROMs as separate, which usually indicates their addresses have shuffled about a bit.

Getting some boost spikes on power upshifts that are sometimes causing clutch packs to disengage. This only happens at the race track when I'm upshifting from 4th-5th and 5th-6th and loaded with my 100 octane NARRA Time Attack tune for 375 whp. Looks like the RAX patch might help me but will try the other methods of boost spikes between gears first.

RAX with TephraXMod V2

I applied the RAX patch to my 56890213 TephraXmod V2 ROM and the IAT comp and fast logging worked perfectly.

However for the Baro boost compensation it seems that there is a problem
as soon as i set the Atmospheric boost to 0 i lose the boost offset and then my boost targets are automatically reduced in such a way that even if i set them to the maximum allowed (boost at 43 psia) i only get a peak boost (gauge) of 16 psi
is there something im doing wrong ? or the RAX patch is not fully compatible with my ROM or the TephraXmod V2 ?

Thanks

Hey Rich, can you verify this is correct for 50845084 rom id

Code:
<table name="RAX Fast Logging: Data" category="RAX: Fast Logging" address="d0180" type="1D" scaling="RAX Fast Logging A"/>

<table name="RAX Fast Logging: Subroutine" category="RAX: Fast Logging" address="d0200" type="1D" scaling="RAX Fast Logging B"/>

<table name="RAX Fast Logging: CALL Subroutine" category="RAX: Fast Logging" address="10fb0" type="1D" scaling="RAX Fast Logging C"/>
Here is the stock rom if you need it.
