So today on the way home from work I decided to go into the redline but not at full throttle to see if it was possible. It went to 7600rpm without a problem. I did a pull at wot at bam fuel cut. I was thinking it was an rpm cut but turns out its a load cut. I'm going to rescale the maf per burgers recommendation. Ill see what happens tomorrow.

add this to your xml then 0x0009 the values..

96530006:

<table name="Set to 9 to remove load limit" address="27824" type="1D" level="1" scaling="Hex16"/>
<table name="Set to 9 to remove IPW limit" address="27926" type="1D" level="1" scaling="Hex16"/>

also..

reset the x2 fuel cut again.. hit = and put in 0x4d00

if that don't work then set the delay to 10000 to fully disable the system <--- last resort.
and report back.

Or maybe it could be this?

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...nfo-story.html

Otherwise my guess would be probably spark plugs.

Im not running out of fuel or getting spark plug blow out. IDC drops to 0 when I log and get the cut. So its fuel cut from the ECU.

Did you want me to change the 2 values that show 2BA1 to 0x0009? If so I tried that but my values didn't go up in my original fuel cut multiplier.

yes.. set it to 0x0009 from that value then let me know if its fixed

also its normal - the x2 table is not direct linked to x1.. so it wont change them together.

Well for a second I thought that worked. I did get about another 200-300 more rpm though. I hit about 7500 rpm before I hit fuel cut. I then did a pull from a higher rpm thinking maybe the load in that time was too much. I did a pull from about 5k rpm instead of my normal 2500rpm but it still cut at the same rpm. Im still thinking its rpm cut and not load cut. My buddy suggested maybe I start with a fresh map and just copy my fuel, timing, injector latency values and stuff like that. If it comes down to it I will try that. It seems as if my redline cut off is mimicking a stock redline cutoff.

It's probably your spark plugs. I had the same thing happen to me, it kept cutting at 5500rpm. I thought it was the ecu. I made a fresh rom copied over the maps. Nothing still fuel cut. I thought my licp might have been leaking, changed it. Still fuel cut. Thought my pump was going out, changed it. Still fuel cut. I never suspected the plugs because I just changed them about a month before all this happened. Changed the plugs and the fuel cut went away.

Doesn't hurt to try the cheapest route. spark plugs.

Well yes that's a cheap route I will try. At this point ill try anything. I have new bpr8es plugs set at .022. I have some iridiums that should fix it if that's the problem.

could you possibly be maxing out the maf flow and freaking out the ecu? 35psi and cams might be sucking more then it can read. i know a lot of people used to upgrade the maf to a gm version before switching to SD became childs play
