Random Leaning While Crusing

My car has a leaning problem while crusing at Highway speeds 65-70mph.It does it randomly but usually when going up a hill.It also does it on flat roads.when im crusing and i tap throttle to get a little more speed itll start bucking and afrs will read lean condition.Ive attached 2 logs where you can see wdb afr randomly going lean.
Ive changed front o2,Closed sparkplug gap to .022.It has a brand new spooling up cop.It also did it with stock coils.

Looks like it could be a fueling problem as the AFRMAP decreases and the load increases when you press the accelerator. Check the fuel pump and the fuel pressure at the rail. For some reason the injector pulse width is not increasing which it should as the AFRMAP decreases. Are you running an open filter?
