shep built 6speed, custom gears, and shep stage 2 TC. It makes more noise for sure. I also did the rear diff plate mod.

However that was in the car when I logged to tune the injectors in April. No knock anywhere according to those long freeway logs.

Code:
<table name="Min Load for IAT-Compensated Ignition Trim" category="Timing" address="3ca8" type="2D" level="1" scaling="Load8">
  <table name="Engine Speed" address="6b7a" type="Y Axis" elements="10" scaling="RPM"/>
</table>

<table name="IAT-Compensated Ignition Trim" category="Timing" address="3c8e" type="2D" level="1" scaling="TimingTrim8">
  <table name="MAF Air Temp" address="714a" type="Y Axis" elements="8" scaling="Temp"/>
</table>
You can adjust the threshold at which iat vs trim is applied. you can raise that to take timing out only at loads of WOT so perhaps you can raise it above your timing problem.

May I suggest no wot pulls but raise your knock thresh hold to 140 and do part throttle driving being sure to never cross 140? Just see if your cruise light throttle still picks up knock

As I recall your car had a wiring issue in the past

It did, front 02. I resolved that with a jumpered wire. It actually had several but that was the only engine ECU related one. Knock was not impacted, and logs after that didn't have any cruise knock. Then the TC blew and I built the whole car from scratch, so its kind of a new playing field. cams & springs, and BS delete could be causing more audible things including the built 6 speed, built TC, and FD conversion. Essentially it makes a lot more noise, including the FIC 1100s, which seem to be pretty loud too.

I'll try the above logging tonight. I have a few post track day things to attend to. The logs to Vegas without the IAT modification you noted earlier returned only 2-3 counts as max values for extended periods. Threshold set at 100. i will try 140, to report back on the expected functioning of the threshold setting, but something else must allow knock to register even if we set that value.

What causes 2* difference in timin on wot pulls? If I have 1* on peak boost I log -1* and that goes all the way to redline? There is no knock yet the car is pulling 2* of timing?

Im having a similar issue where my car logs timing of 3* where as the ign timing map has 5* at peak and this goes all the way to the redline with a timing difference of 2 with no knock. Anyone able to identify the reason and resolved it?
