The internal 1hz just wasn't fast enough.
I seriously cannot understand a word you wrote.

Firstly, I think you mean Ghz* where 1GHz = 1billion Hz. Also, I think you're getting processing frequenzy mixed up with wireless transmission frequency.

Also, can we please get an update. I'm still waiting on word back from OP (evoscan) for a PM I sent last week.

Thanks!

EDIT: Corrected for right unit. Thanks for noting that out Golrus; I must've been blindly typing to think it was megahertz. Also, I now understand what you mean chu! Just interpreted it incorrectly. My bad.

I'm quite sure that he was talking about the GPS sampling frequency.

1hz is 1 times per second update from gps, 5hz is 5 times per second update from gps. it is the standard measurement terminology.

I'm making good progress on the new EvoDroid7, just had to send out the last of the stock on the older 2011 GPSnav, now that they are out of the way, it will be full steam ahead with the new EvoDroid7. I'll let you know when the cables have finished assembly.

I do not understand you either! 1Ghz =1000,000,000hz, not 1million hz

Hi EvoMiz, You will need the new Openport 1.3DA cable for your Evo8. the cable is special, in that it also powers your android from the cable. the new cable is the host computer. the EvoDroid7 android is the usb slave. (yep thats right, you can basically fit a whole computer inside these cables nowadays) hehe.

I was just about to order an OP2.0 for my 5 ecu in my 4. I am really looking forward to flashing it. However, the 1.3 designation in the 1.3DA has me scared that it won't flash a 5/6 ecu. Do you plan on having it able to flash an older evo ecu?

How does the GPS work? It's a free service? Has maps for Japan?

Thanks! I look forward to having the only one in Japan. Perhaps I can get you a bit of business here since DIY flashing is unheard of here and people pay a boatload (1k+) for tuners to do it.
