I haven't tested on raxpatch yet, the old gpsnav didn't support raxpatch neither. I think I will need to add a lot of code to make evodroid break out the bit packed data. I programmed it before for EvoScan v2.9 so I can copy the code into the EvoDroid. I will work with my local EvoX boys to get this up and running.

yeah, the analogue inputs are 0-5v sensor inputs. not very 12volt friendly at all. please review or print the pinout chart from www.evoscan.com/evodroid before screwing wires into the sideport. I will start providing a printed copy of this in every package.

This Android manifestation is, at best a data logger with gauges.

There is a "Trigger Image" function which will display a image on screen when a condition is met which can be written into your gauges.
[Boost]>28 or [Knock]>10 etc you could have and image flash on the screen as a warning but it disappears again as soon as the condition is false.
But no audio alarms as far as I know.

What we need is a full Android version of Evoscan.
The old Evoscan GPS software sh*ts all over the Android version in functionality.

haha, well actually it depends if you had the very first version WindowsMobile EvoScanGPS or the latest version Android version has about the same functionality as the very first EvoScanGPSnav release... don't worry, it will be as cool, if not cooler in new versions.. as long as no new technology o/s comes along again (like maybe Ardiuno o/s at 1/10 the cost.. just kiddn, I'm sure android is here to stay)

Think I could do this to my Galaxy tab 3? I have no use for the tablet and it would be cool to have this tool.

I have it running on a galaxy tab 3 but I bought the full evodroid kit as this is the only way at present to get the software and the 1.3da cable.

If anyone has the apk I would grateful. The longer I have to wait to get a working APK for something that didn't work from day one the more I will be less nice. LOL.
