I am more leaning towards toward this car came with a JDM Head and the Cams and trigger where completely different. The cams are 8 cams and I had to buy a new trigger for the install. I did also add a SS Manifold which I would think had no affect on trims whatsoever.

 

A JDM head comes with a different cam sensor???

 

The trigger is different....sensor is the same.

 

Seen that discussed before , maybe it was you who posted that photo comparing it to a 2g?

 

That seems odd that they are different.

 

The "JDM" one is off of a Evo 4-6. The JDM 7-9 use the same one as the US 7-9.
