Ecu wont read from ECUFLASH

Ecu wont read from ECUFLASH
So im trying to read from the ecu using ECUFLASH and i get these codes...
I used Evoscan and it worked great i was able to log and read from their program but cant read from ecuflash
[08:47:43.375] using metadata XML ID read_evo7 from file C:/Program Files (x86)/OpenECU/EcuFlash/rommetadata/read templates/read_evo7.xml
[08:47:43.609] Using interface OpenPort 1.3 Universal TX2EST3va61d74c575d4e6ca464653a0c3bc7f60b28b824b
[08:47:43.609] interface close
[08:47:43.609] unable to connect to vehicle interface.
