MUT Request ICS

Trying to find the mut request for the Intercooler Sprayer switch for 9653. I tried using 060B per the wiki and it logged a 2.x something and never changed. I tried logging the default value for altmaps at requestid 40 but it only logs 6 without change.

Any ideas? I'm trying to set this up as my trigger for logging if possible. I was going to use the AC switch since I don't have AC anymore but even with the switch turned off it jumps between 1/0 for some reason.

Thanks for the help!

Now that I think about it, would it be possible to re-wire my AC switch into ADC0F input and set it up with a MUT request and use that as the trigger?

could you explain in more detail what you are trying to do?

I'm using the Tactrix 2.0 SD Card logging feature. So instead of having it log all the time, I want it to be triggered through a requestID that you can log. At first I figured the AC switch would be easy to log, enabling it as a trigger, and thus being able to click my AC button to start logging to the SD Card. However I found spotchy performance when logging it via Evoscan, it seemed to fluctuate often between 1/0.

So I'm curious what other options I have on setting up a logging button. I figured maybe I can re-wire the AC button on a relay with a resister and wire it into a 5v input on the ECU, set that up to where I can log the voltage.. then apply a trigger to the Tactrix so it'll start on >~3v for instance.

A/C button will do it. Just need the correct item to log. Remind me later today, and I'll post up the correct MUT request to use.

Word!

I logged the default parameters in Evoscan for the AC Switch but it was fluctuating between 1/0 not by using the switch. So likely it was the wrong one.. or who knows. Unfortunately I changed the request ID in Evoscan so I don't remember what I was originally logging, should have had notes!

Thanks for the help!

Turns out I'm a fail on this. There is a way to track when the A/C compressor is turned on, but this won't be helpful because the compressor is automatically disabled during agressive driving. I was hoping I'd find a flag that tracks when the A/C system has been enabled, but no luck there. It might exist, but its not something I can find easily.

One extra tidbit - the EvoScan items relating to A/C operation are totally wrong.

Haha word, I appreciate you looking into it. I suppose this leaves me with my other option, rewiring the switch into a relay then into a 5v input on the ECU. Believe I still have fuel temp pin available to use. Although, if I have to do that much work.. I might as well just leave it logging all the time lol.
