IDA command makecode failed
The question is about IDA pro:
I reinstalled IDA pro last week because I removed it last year when I stopped working with it. I'm trying to start the analysis of the 9653ROM in IDA 6.1 (also tried other versions) and when I go to "0000" to start the disassembly by pressing "C", I receive the error: "command makecode failed"
It is new to me and I can't find what's happening

Great thanks for taking the time to answer me, I couldn't find how I got it working last year. Will try it tonight.
After that I will give a try to XmltoIdC which uses the rom xml and logger xml to create a "makename" function for all tables and MUT adresses. Maybe I'll save hours of renaming!

XML to IDC
Turns out it's for romraider definitions... we could convert our defs with microsoft word search and replace command, but I don't think it's much quicker than doing all the renaming one adress at the time in IDA pro
