RPM/SPEED ratio filter strength

Hi,


Can someone please explain to me what does this option in TephraMod means/affects ?
"RPM/SPEED ratio filter strength"
The stock value is "8"
increasing and decreasing this value effects ?

If you are asking about the RPM/Speed to Gear table, it allows the ECU to calculate what gear you are in so you can use gear based boost control.

Tks for your reply, but I'm asking for the "RPM/SPEED ratio strength" not the table.

Anyone who can explain what does this filter do, I would be grateful.

ratio_filtered = (ratio_filtered * filter_strength + ratio_unfiltered) / (filter_strength + 1);
