rc1000 idle weirdness

so i had another member hook me up with a set of rc1000s because i was running out of fuel . now these have known good data so i plugged in the data from the supermerge and pow, fuel map actually matches, mid ltft is spot on +- .5. but here is the thing. when i first load a tune it will idle 14.5 then it wanders to 12.5 with -25 stft and low ltft is -6. so i put it in open loop and watched the wideband do the same thing. huh? i noticed the isc steps creeping down in direct corrospondance with this. what am i missing? also when i adjust my latency it has nearly no effect on this.

There is a minimum IPW value in ecuflash, I think mrfred has a thread for it with XML if your ROM doesn't have it. You can also log the requested IPW in evoscan. However, with the latency at zero it should at least effect it. What load is it idling at?

My car wasn't doing this when they were installed. So, they may need cleaned, even though I just had them cleaned by RC, I did use them for a bit, then they sit in a ziplock bag for a few months before you bought them. Before I had them cleaned, they would drift to -15 to -20 stft, then go back to around zero, then drift again. After cleaning they behaved normally.
