Peak boost lean issue

Ok guys so did some wot pulls and noticed this. So when the car hits that max boost after it spools up the afr is reading 12.8 - 13. Ive tried to richen it up but it seems to not be doing much. I just gave it fuel from 4 - 5k rpms in rpm ve. Any ideas? Here are some pics of logs etc. Also, you can see in the logs when i go wot or 100% tps the load reading goes out of wack. Idk why its doing that.

Here is a log from a year ago. Notice the difference. Nothing changed on the map. Why is it doing that?

What are your IAT readings during this issue?

Here are the pics in order with iat selected. The one from a year ago the temps were hotter. The other two from this week it was colder but it seemed the colder the temp the richer the afr on these last 2 runs. I was looking over some ait tables and tried messing with a a bit but dont understand it. It does make sense for it to be ait related. I mean i dont see what else it can be. if there was a way to control afr based on ait it would help alot.

So ive been logging air temp and recently found out im supposed to log maf air temp scaled which is mut11. This is supposedly what the ecu sees to make its adjustments. So here are new logs. Also, you can see my knock issue around 100 load 3 - 4k rpms.
