EcuFlash not reading/writing

EcuFlash not reading/writing
I want to say that i tried my best searching for answers or how-tos but i couldn't find anything that helped me.
I don't know what have been done to my car (Lancer Evo X MR 2008 Europe) and i want to load the stock map, but with EcuFlash i can't read or write.
The last part of the log says this:
I tried to run ECUFlash Ecu unlocker while using EcuFlash but it didn't work.
Can someone help me?
