2012 GSR Rom image not found

I recently traded in my 2016 WRX for a 2012 evo gsr, the car is pretty much FBO and has been tuned. I went to try to read the ecu and it will read it but says the rom definitions arent available. Im having trouble figuring out what definitions i would need to put in the rommetadata folder. Ive used Ecuflash before with my WRX but that ecu was still factory stock when i first read it. I tried to attach the attempt to read but not sure if it worked or not. Can anyone help me figure out what i need to do?

The ROM ID is 58018005. You can see the rom id at the address of 0x5002a.
Perhaps someone who tuned your evox set a unique ID(58018005) at that time.

So, if you have 5801005.xml, you can edit the contents.
Download attached 58018005.xml, and save it into 'My Documents/ecuflash/rommetadata/mitsubishi/evo/' folder.

(If you don't have 58010005.xml, download it from Bryan's site and save it into 'My Documents/ecuflash/rommetadata/mitsubishi/evo/' folder.)

Then try opening your rom with echflash.

No need to edit the .xml I attached. Just download it and place it into 'My Documents/ecuflash/rommetadata/mitsubishi/evo/' folder.
(I mean move the file from your downloaded folder to 'My Documents/ecuflash/rommetadata/mitsubishi/evo/' by Explorer or so.)

If you don't have 8010005.xml in that folder, also download 80100005.xml from Bryan's site and just place it into the folder.

I just saw this reply, so basically i changed all the 80100005 in the xml file to 80018005, it allowed me to view the rom now but i didnt screw anything up doing it this way did I?

No problem.
Just note that the fix to 80100005 is not automatically reflected in 80108005.
