Hi all. I'm on tentative orders to come to germany in the next twelve months and I have a few questions.

-First of all, what's the fuel situation like over there? Is E-85 or higher available there, or will I be stuck with unleaded?
-Has the new emissions requirement come into effect yet, or is it still tentative?
-What's the situation when bringing your car back from Germany? I've read it won't pass emmissions and was wondering what it will need to do so.
-I run standalone (autronic), will I have any issues with this during any of the inspections in or out of the country?
-Is it even worth it bringing a car from 96 or older?

I have been finding E85 popping up everywhere here in germany but you have to pay the german price of almost 1 euro per liter.

Ouch!!! If I'm converting correctly, that's about $1.20 per liter, or aproximately $4.80 per gallon right?

Anyone able to answer any of my other questions as well?

Wrong, 3.78 Lpg, and at $1.60 a liter = Just over $6.00 a gallon. (93) is selling for E1.44 a liter and that equates to $8.64 a gallon.

Yeah I have some Diaqueen also if anyone needs some to hold them over. My Tin usually does the TC and rear twice and I do it every 6K, I received it from the link above in 4 days and it was $56 shipped. I got turned down for a couple things allready. Redline MT90 Oils and detailing rpoducts.

And I take it neither the vouchers nor the new gas card can be used to pay for it, correct?

Autobahn? That's just a highway and is only unlimited in a few spots (sort of). That doesn't really thrill me. The Nuremberg ring on the other hand, that's the real winner.

If you want Redline Oils, I found that Amazon will ship to an APO. At least they did last year when I was at Korea. They just sent me some synchomesh last a month ago too.
