dont laugh to hard on my pathetic power curves.....i dont understand the dip at 6k between the 2 runs....maybe it has something to do with my intake mani was cracked on all 4 runners & 2 of the funnels were bouncing around in the plenum...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

there isnt any knock within the data logs & afrs are @ 11.0...your head doesnt hit the steeering wheel when you run through this rpm either???The power dip is crazy...i dont understand... i didnt get this dip with the ported oem mani....

i ran 28psi on the red, 26 psi on the green...the engine responds to the higher boost on the red. on the grn, it didnt make anymore power @ 28 psi vs 26psi...
Nice numbers on 91, Aby.

We have been following each other's progress for a while. Just like me, you have moved from the Green to the Red.

Good to see the results are similar. Can't go wrong with either of the FP Turbos.

Green is fun, Red is wild .

I am making some new changes to my set-up, but will be still using the Red. Hope to make a little more HP.

It would be nice if FP can put the new cover on my Red. They got it up there for minor work right now.

I will post updated results when everything is ready in my car.

Have lots of fun with yours .

Was there a big difference from green to red? Do you guys wished you would have gone to a bigger turbo?

Just bolting the [Red] on = (90~100)+ whp from a Green with supporting mods and a good tune, and that is very significant.

You can go bigger, but on the stock ECU, stock E. Manifold, D.Pipe, ()2 Housing, etc., you can't beat it.

522/412 at 31psi on E85 today on one of our customer cars. Going to go back to the dyno next week for a little more boost.

9:1 JE/Eagle motor
Stock head
Cossie M3
ETS 4.5" Intercooler
ETS Magnus specific UICP

Magnus Cast intake

Really? This is only 40whp & 3wtq than my stock 9 turbo at 24 psi, tuned by Sean Ivey. Any other mods besides the red?

no... i'm not running much timing either @ 28psi

4k=5.8°
5k=5.8°
6k=6.9°
7k=7.3°
8k=9.0°

these values are for 20c inlet temps.

The ignition map is offeset based on inlet temps & retard to -4.92 @ 50c.

my engine is sensitive @ 6,900 & 7,400rpm

I will be installing my red and kelfords this weekend and have scheduled a tunning session by Buschur for tuesday, il post my results tuesday night.

I currently have a green...for people that had a green running 30lb+ and upgraded to a red. If u had choice to do it over again, would you go hta35 or still go for the red? The multiple week wait for a red has got me on the fence.

Im very happy with the change to the Red. I know I can still get more out of the Red but not till I build the bottom end.
Just wait, it's worth it in the end.

Wow, you clearly have no idea what you are talking about....The cam moves the valve and the spring controls the oscillation. Springs are selected based upon required / recommended seat pressure. Kelford and other manufacturers have recommended spring specifications for their cams. On some cams the supplier states 'recommended, but not required' - but that has to do with the ramp rates, lift, and expected redline.
