answer is simple, only trust power figures from the same dyno you use to tune.

ie: I use Dyno Dynamics, so DynoJet results are ignored. Mustang and informational only since they read fairly close.

LOL this is not news to me.

I made 322 whp on a dynodynamics with 6.5 tme turbo and full boltons.

A month later a guy I knew made 374 on a dyno jet and took me for a ride. I'm strapped in and expecting that wicked kick only to find myself very disappointed with what 374 whp felt like.

I' m like dude I think my car is faster. No bull****. He's like NO WAYYYY!!! the difference between the two can't account for 50 whp.

So then I take him on a second gear wot pull and sure enough he's like..... "damn it... its true, yo **** is faster"

Perfect example. I have done this a few times on dyno days etc with my old car making 530whp/530wtq on pump/alky against a few people making 600+ and they shi**ed their pants!!!

We have Dyno dynamics digital dyno in house. We have a customer with an evo 8 with all the bolt on and a BBK turbo. making 363whp on ours dyno. Killing people with GT3076R making 400WHP ++++ on a DJ. People gets their dicks hard when they see high numbers, but in the end when they get beat with a lower reading dyno like "MD or DD" they feel like a fagot.

Well you are one of the few who use the dyno as it is intended to be used. +1

the issue i have with the DynoJet numbers is a 600whp car is more than likley not twice as powerful and a 300whp car based on the weird way dynojet calculates power.
