COngrats man, AL got me 510whp with the old Red at 30psi on 93 oct and meth. 415 on just pump at 24psi is really good.

Here is a good thread on how to do a compression test:

The compression numbers quoted in this thread are for an EVO VIII. The EVO IX compression numbers should be in the 135 to 145 psig range.

You will get higher compression numbers with the throttle body open as opposed to the way that you tested (TB closed).

Try a different compression test gauge, I have seen major variances between gauges.

so i did my compression test and it seems fine it was 140,145,150,145 and then i did the test to my friends stock motor and it was exactly the same

yeah bro i saw ur car there the other day when i was there, i was loooking at it like oh man he has all this crab in his car guages ets.. and then a stock turbo rough, then i went inside and george was explaining that you had an fp red and was talking about meth and some crazy numbers and i was laid to rest

well first off when did this get unlocked lol...

and i got my boost leak fixed wich was the TB seals then my A/F went crazy so i went a while then i got some tunning the other day during the 100degree day last week and got 361 on a mustang dyno with boost falling from 27 to 24 so i got some work to do still
