The numbers I put down were all done with Shell 93. I used to use any name brand gas but since going with bigger power on stock motor shell is the way to go plus there are 3 in my area and all have great price per gallon

1 quick question guys, iam on a big budget. iam making 315 whp on dynojet now, iam thinking on converting to e85 . Can a stock 04 evo 8 turbo with e85 run or making power as with an evo with fp red with 93 pump gas.? thanks. i am desperate for power now. i might go all out and buy an red and tune with e85 , but affaid to blow up the engine.

Yup there are people on the forums with e85 and running as quick as a red on PUMP gas. Look at the drag racing forum. You will need bigger injectors.

I have to agree. I had a set of 780 brand new never used and I sold them and got 1k's. Although Jimmy said I would have a problem with them in terms of my driveability. But the car starts up just fine I have to let it idle for about 60 secs or the car acts like it want to flood a little. But I mean you can only do but so much with stock ECU right. But getting the 1k's was only to ensure I had enough fuel for pump and possible race gas. But for you I think that 880's should be good you will need them when you change the IC.
I have FIC Bluemax 1250 CC on pump gas idles fine.

All I use is shell as well. Since the last few times i have had my car tuned, we cranked the boost up to 25-26psi with no KNOCK what so ever. First tuner asked me what gas i was using, to said "shell", he said, keep using it.

I'm glad I forced you to go up there. And I think you will make the right choice for yourself. You have the fall and winter to figure out what you want to do. I still think that pump is for you and I'm sorry flame me if you will but the new HTA Green is for you
Seems to make a ton of torque! Just waiting for more data and hopefully I can make it happen sooner than next spring.

I hit 370 @ 3900 and I started the pull @ 3200. Mind you this is prior to mivec tuning.

I'm just pointing out that you guys don't understand how PID controllers or actuators work.

Not to mention you're using a 1.2 CF at sea level in late September... so dive give me "low reading"

stock bumpsticks. I'm putting the magnus on this week and heading to the dyno this coming weekend to spend a few hours tuning the car. You'll get to see what a fully optimized MIVEC map does for spoolup/powerband.
