This car has gone through a few changes since it was tuned. And it's going through a few more right now. Pretty interested in how it will run with the parts that have been changed. I'm hoping to get the car tuned mid to late August. Power numbers are definitely going to suffer with the heat in California that time of year. But as it cools down in September, October and November, she should make a bit more power with the cooler and crisper air and be hitting the track a few times.

Yes, it was a 3rd gear pull. I thought about having him do a 4th gear pull just to see what the outcome would be, but I wasn't complaining with how it turned out!

Its funny how soiume tuners tune 6 spd evos in 3 rd gear instead of 4 th gear..You probably just gain a bit more tq then hp..note mr evos should be done in 4 th and gsr evos in 3 rd gear pulls..

Yeah. This is a GSR, so it was tuned in 3rd. I'm sure you know, but the load is a lot different gear to gear. 4th gear does tend to pick up a bit more torque and usually a few more hp as well. Nothing big. I would have been more curious to see how close it would have gotten to 500wtq personally.

That is fact. He doesn't normally do what I tell him. He does what he knows best and that's a great job of tuning. However, he does like to see things from different views as well, so doing a 4th gear pull or something like that normally is something he doesn't mind doing. he's very smart and very good at tuning. and he could always add a little more timing and run the car with a couple counts of knock, but that's not his style and i love that about his tuning. he keeps cars ultra safe so they run for a very long time!

That's funny...you wrote 6262 FTW and your sig states that you have a 6765! I don't know if I could deal with all the lag of a 6765...unless it's a track only car.

Yeah, I honestly think the 6262 is one of the best street/strip turbos you can get...especially for it's price!
