Mikey's E85 FP Red 535hp
I'm loving my Tru Boost! Great reccomendation Aaron.
Aaron, do you think you could meet me at DO on March 6th for a good pump tune. Then maybe again on the 13th for tuning the new R/TErnie upgrade? I want to have a good pump before and after and E85 before and after. Thanks Aaron!

I can't wait to go for a retune to see if i can hit the same or close numbers as you cause the red really shines in the 32 to 33 psi range..
How much boost are you holding to redline???Looks like 25 psi..

Mikey the red and black use the same exact cover there both 84 mm in size...Now for sounds they sound identical to each other..

Ya I would have loved to push the Red into the 33psi range but my tq on 30-31psi was already 440... So we stopped pushing it.
What is your hp/tq and how many lbs? I don't have my logs in front of me but I believe at 7850 it said 25.84ish... Something like that.
Mikey
Well I have never heard the Black in person but Yahu has had both the Red and Black with 84mm cover and he says the Black is louder...

O ya that's right. I can't keep people straight on here.
I think it is my cams and my 18psi wastegate that has 0 preload! I had minimul prelaod to help counter some of the low end tq. However that is prob hurting me out the top too. What cams do you have?

No! The more boost you run the higher your tq number. My car usually makes on average of 80 more hp than tq between 29-32psi. Anything over 32psi on a red will really start to produce more tq more per psi than below 32psi. There is a lot of reasons behind this... Cylender pressure and intake air temps raise a great deal over 32-35psi. For example. My car makes roughly 12hp and 8tq per psi between 28-32psi. I have not ran more than 31psi on my stock motor but if I did I would expect I would make the same hp and tq per psi between 32-35psi. Then anything between 35-40psi would tend to make a lot of tq and minimul hp... Maybe 5hp and 15tq per psi.... See how that kinda works?

Ya I would love to hold 29psi out the top. It may hapen soon. We are making some significant changes in the next few. I'll keep my thread updated.
