the spool valve would cause bad surge on the whole line of FP turbos. spool valve cuts the a/r in half. what do you think would happen with a 5cm housing spooling the turbo?

You can control it with a solenoid and PID... It's "infinitely adjustable" then.

Are you a controls engineer?

The car ran 10.3 at 138 mph on E85 at full weight, I loved that combination.

Try the Red and see if you don't like it even better!

Thanks for producing such kick *** turbos!!!
Robert has had all three FP turbos on the 2.3. He went back to the HTA green because it offered the best response for street fun. Pretty much the same reason trent is not putting a black on project white.

spool valve also HAS to be used with open header to function at all. so you would need special tubular header that is open and not twin scroll.

I post the Mivec didnt do anything in the 3500-7500rpm range that Dave posted graph of clearly showing proof. You infer I think it doesnt work on other cars, or on that car below 3500 or higher than 7500 on that particular car.

You are a fool.
Looks like you finally met your match.. Getting your ***** broken sucks huh..

the name calling is getting a little out of hand

rather than issue points I'll just ask that you guys just stick to the info without being personal

I enjoy a good debate much like anyone but don't make it personal

this is everyone's warning

The MIVEC does wonders for the powerband. If it didn't it wouldn't be featured as a part of most every modern engine offered today. Motor companies don't integrate an expensive system into a vehicle unless it has a useful feature.
