i know how it works .. its not separated/divorced so its not gonna be as good as the shearer one either.. and ya of course the 2.5" where it connects to pipe. Id only get a vclamp setup if i changed my current setup, the map setup looks like a nitemare being all in 1 piece.

 

you're on crack.. the ebay o2 one is not even close to the invidia one. whoever told you that is stupid. go look at the invidia one. you cant port out the stocker (ebay o2) as much as the invidia is ported out to.

its far better then the stock, megan, or ebay ones... the reason the other ones are more popular is because they are less costly and easier to install.. this one requires alittle screwing around with the o2 sensor wires and stuff. i asked multiple people what the "best"one was and they told me to get this..

add: go ask mike@awd what the best one is rock.. you may be surprised. the old invidia's had a different design as to the new ones.
buschur tested the older style ones years ago.

older style ebay is king. was not aware invidia made anew one but does not matter now i got what i need then coated it. will get the job done.

 

it will work but it sure as **** isn't king. the good style ebay ones are clones of megan, and buschurs is just a ported megan also. if you knew how turbo systems worked you would know the less restriction in the entire exhaust the more response, flow, etc the better .... i used to drive with no exhaust.. no downpipe, nothing just a little dump shooting out of the o2 housing and response was absolutely insane, but way loud WOT. it was a custom RRE dump that they made me. turbos require no backpressure at all unlike all motor vehicles.

my goal isnt absurd so im probably not going to bother with changing anything else on my setup. if for some reason i want more later on ill contact shearer and have him custom make me a dump that recirculates.

let me add the one you got will be fine as well for your goals. depending how much its ported its probably over 2.5"

 

Please dont insult my intelligence i read alot on turbo systems. i just dont catch every single new released product mines is ported buddy its all good mine is good there are several little places one could pick at the get power but i dont care about getting max power and continual use of spending money it has to end some place dude. i did good by porting my **** and coating it lol. got built motor with quality peaces and mikes personal built head so im sitting good. its time to go into save mode for awhile. stack some cash after july its time to save for moving and move on to other projects like buying stuff for the new apt and moving to texas.

 

lol. yes as i said yours will be fine. i would not have ever wanted a used head tho. or did you have it all refreshed? the only other things you may have to worry about in the near future is ignition.... i got a sparktech setup but i didn't need it (yet), but its just a piece of mind i guess so blowout doesn't occur.

but if you keep your car at 500whp your setup will last you years if it has a clean tune.

Mike refreshed the head up what do i look like dude. lol took it to machine shop stripped cleaned redecked parts checked etc the works hommie. head is a beast and proven on a car that ran 9 sec consistantly. if i did not have a chance to get that then i would have a br stage 3 head as well. i will buy a hks dll or a COP only if i have to period not buy one just to type deal. my goal is 500+ on pump i have no doubt my setup will last awhile. long as i can get over 600 with race ill be happy. ill switch to e85 if i ever get the chance if not oh well build was planned for 93 all the way from jump street

 

well i see you edited your words there.. i was gonna comment on " the best" but you removed it lol... the head mike gave you might be a BR stage 3. they sell LOTS of buschur motors over there at AWD. Sometimes you never have to touch the ignition, and with the best you need / are limited to on pump you will probably be one of those people. i did up to 35psi on stock ignition no breakup/spark blowout so im sure you'll be fine. id get either spoolinup or sparktech not hks.

if you're making a racegas tune also you will easily hit over 600 yes.

 

im get kiggly part next month along with 65mm t/b and fortune auto dress up bolt kit. the head mike gave me is all custom parts. built by a supra preformace shop all parts made in house so i doubt its a br part lol.

 

ya i dont know then.....buschur done 8's with his head. as long as the guidelines are followed a heads a head. i will play with my tune when my valve cover returns home. i went with BLACK CARBIDE TEXTURE

what are you doing for suspension? i just got done playing with my tie rods to correct my toe since it was royally f'ed from installing the balljoints and that other crap.

i seen you got that chrome strut tower / stabilizer bar. if you want you can reply to this in your thread and we can follow up in there if you want some extra posts in there
