You guys waiting and waiting for this turbo to come out make me chuckle. When the turbo comes out one month later some one else will come out with something better. HKS has clearly shown BB bolt ons are worth the effort. And can be affordable. Very soon all these bolt on plain bearings turbos will be obsolete. Better performing BB counter efforts are right around the corner.

I will say that with the intro of the HKS 7460R it can be proven that a BB bolt on turbo can be done for cheap. And if you consider vendors are selling them now at $1828 shipped WITH cams (which are like $500-650) that is damn good. It would be nice to see what FP and CBRD do to respond to this new market.

With that said, if I were to buy here this month, I would still probably go BBK-B based on everything I am learning and my goals for things.

The turbo with cams (or EVC VI deal) is limited to this first run and I you'd be lucky if you find one after this weekend. After this run it will just be 1800+ for the turbo with is still a good price for what you get (I can't believe I'm saying this about a HKS part).
