So i had my japanese friend watch, hoping the vid would have some interesting info. But all he got from it was that the video talked about ball bearing turbos and then compared them to journal bearing (floating metal turbine?). The guy said something about max power around 450, but i dont know what units, but nothing technical like flow rates or anything of value

Seems ive hit the limit of the stock IC and pipes, Or atleast thats what i believe it to be. Using 93 pump I have to start to pull timing if im above 1.7 bar @ high rpm. It just wont make any more power with more boost.

I think new IC and maybe hard pipes are next on the list.

just a quick update, ive gained another 40 hp by taking out a degree of timing at peak, leaning out the fuel and running a little extra boost. Timing now ramps up from 6k rpm. Making 480 hp now with stock spool. awesome turbo.

These are awesome results! I can't believe you are still on the stock IC and pipes.

How much boost are you running now?

I really wonder what this thing can do on a stock block and head on 91 and meth....
Or maybe with some GSC S1 cams.....
I would love to have this thing if it can meet my goals.

I would really like to see this turbo on e85. How are these new hks cams comparing to say S2's or kelfords?
