It's been discussed in another thread. From my understanding they are slightly more aggressive than GSC S1's. It's pretty much a package deal to gain midrange and not lose spool.

i just acquired on of these 7460 gt2's it blew an oil seal. is it worth sending in for a rebuild or just oil seal?

turbos rarely blow oil seals. shaft play would need to get very loose first. you most likely have excessive crank case pressure and no turbo issue at all.
