one big problem is leaving the seat out when its installed, it leaks like mad and destroys spool. since you have a dump tube, i doubt thats the case. you would hear exhaust coming out of the dump tube at idle.

is the rpm pickup off on that dyno sheet or were you revving it up to 9,000?

Omg you have to be able to hear that gate open when it opens mine is freaking loud it should sound like a vtec pop with nos,,The 38 gate has a higher pitch when it hits that;s my fav.part when the gate opens and also when I let off the throttle I have 3 foot flames shoot out..I know I;m like a big kid..lol.

something is hurting spool up here is my graph i have a 2.4 but i would not think a 2.4 to 2.0 would effect spool that much maybe a 500 rpm max but not that much i have a ets turbo kit with a fs635 on it full spool by 4700 to 4800 peak torque at 5000

I've come to the conclusion its the tune. You hit 400 wtq at 4650, im hiting 400 wtq at 6400. Ive even compared my dyno sheet to freddy 302's dyno sheet. At 5650 he produces 450 wtq, at 6750 my tuner produces 440 wtq. At 6100 freddys at 550 whp, at 6750 my tuner produces 550 whp which is absoulutly ridiculous for having a smaller turbo, and parts smaller than freddys setup.

Well even with the 'best' tuner in the world your setup will still be laggy. Could you improve spool, maybe....Are there better options for your power goals, probably....

Should be the tuning ...
Managed to increase power & torque by only adjusting timing ...
Here's my dyno graf ... runfile 17 is my old graf & runfile 12 is my new graf ..

The graph that was posted above is on a stroker and you have 2.0 liter will sppol different and tq will produce more on a setup like brandons..note this tune he has has been done by one of the best tuners ion the country just for fyi..
